Gary May

Gary joined Spartan Chassis in March 2004 as an ER Technician. In September 2008, Gary took on a new role as an ER Technical Trainer. He brings more than 42 years of experience to his new role, along with 20 ASE certifications, 3 of which are EVT certifications. Gary has had his ASE master truck mechanic certification, along with his ASE master school bus mechanic certification for 18 years.

Gary worked as lead mechanic for a trucking company for 9 years and then as a distributor for heavy duty parts for 7 years. He went on to become a service manager for an independent repair facility for 14 years and then for 13 years served as a territory manager and trainer for Stemco.

In his new position, Gary will focus his attention on bringing the same quality training to ER customers as his colleague, Mike O'Neil, has established in the RV segment of Spartan's business. Gary and Mike both challenge themselves to stay abreast of technological changes and provide the best technical training in the industry today.
